Classes are currently held on Zoom but limited to a small group to maximize a personal and conversational approach to learning about Breastfeeding.

This class covers getting a great latch, helping a sleepy baby feed well, how and when to hand express, and dealing with common issues. Best completed in the 2nd or early 3rd trimester of your pregnancy. Dads and other support persons attend free.
